When you create an account on LiquidFit, we may collect personal information such as your name, email address, age, gender, and fitness goals. – We may collect device information, including device type, operating system, and unique device identifiers, to enhance your app experience. – With your consent, we collect health data such as step count, distance walked, and calories burned to provide accurate pedometer functionality. 

2. How We Use Your Information:

We use your information to provide services such as tracking fitness activities and offering personalized recommendations within LiquidFit. – Data analytics are utilized to improve features and functionality based on user behavior while maintaining compliance with GDPR regulations. – We do not share personal information with third parties for commercial gains.

We employ industry-standard security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or alteration. – Your personal data is stored securely within the LiquidFit app and is not shared externally without your consent.

2.0 How we visualize your activity data:

LiquidFit analyzes your iPhone’s pedometer data locally to generate visual graphs and calculate daily burned calories. Personal data is never transferred to third parties.

2.1 Apple HealthKit:

LiquidFit integrates with Apple Health for data visualization purposes only and does not collect or share data externally.

2.2 Challenges:

Anonymous activity data may be securely uploaded to LiquidFit servers for challenges, and users can opt out of this feature at any time.

3.0 How we try to make LiquidFit even better:

LiquidFit uses analytics services to understand app usage without sharing personal data or Apple Health Kit data.

Device information and usage data are collected to enhance user experience and app performance.

3.1 Ads:

LiquidFit displays ads within our app through a third-party ad network (Gravite). These ads are served by Gravite’s ad network. LiquidFit Pro members are not shown any ads. Within our app, you have the option to enable or disable personalized ads at any time. 3.4 Meta and Google Ads:

In some cases, we analyze limited user data against Meta Ads and Google Ads for users who interact with our ads on those platforms. This analysis helps us assess the effectiveness of our app installation campaigns. 3.5 Sentry:

LiquidFit utilizes Sentry, an application monitoring platform that helps us detect, track, and address errors, bugs, and performance issues within our app. Should the app crash during normal usage, details such as the crash time, device model, operating system version, and app state at the crash time are sent to Sentry’s servers.

4.0 Cookies and Other Similar Data Collection Technologies:

Occasionally, we partner with third parties to present ads or promotions using mobile SDKs. These technologies deliver targeted advertising on mobile applications and browsers based on data linked to your mobile device. Should you wish to opt out of personalized ads, follow the provided instructions.

4.1 Opting Out:

Interest-based, cross-application tracking is disabled by default on devices with iOS 14.5 or later. For older iOS versions, this feature can be disabled in the iOS settings under “Privacy.” If you’re using LiquidFit version 6.0 or above, you can opt out of interest-based, cross-app advertising directly from the “Privacy Policy” section in the app settings.

5.0 Engagement on Social Platforms:

LiquidFit engages with its community on various social media and blogging sites, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Google, WordPress, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Twitter. Data collected or shared via these integrations is subject to this Privacy Policy and the platforms’ own privacy policies.

6.0 Privacy for Younger Audiences:

LiquidFit is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13, or under 16 in the European Economic Area (EEA). If you do not meet the age criteria, please refrain from downloading or using our services.
